Service Rates & Insurance

Moss and Moon Soulworks is in-network with select insurance providers, including Aetna, Cigna, Anthem EAP, Carelon Behavioral Health, Ascension (SmartHealth), and Quest Behavioral Health. I am also an in-network provider through Headway, Grow Therapy, and SonderMind, which may offer additional insurance coverage options depending on your plan.

For clients who choose not to use insurance, self-pay sessions are available at a rate of $160 for a 60-minute individual session. Group services and workshops are priced based on content and location. Couples therapy is offered as self-pay only at a rate of $200 per couple.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy at Moss + Moon Soulworks offers a supportive, intentional space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. Sessions help you navigate anxiety, relational stress, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm with clarity, while building tools for emotional regulation and lasting growth.

Group Services + Workshops

Group therapy and workshops at Moss + Moon Soulworks offer a grounded, collective space for healing, reflection, and connection. Through shared experiences, guided discussion, and therapeutic tools, participants build coping skills, deepen self-awareness, and grow together, reminding you that healing doesn’t have to happen alone.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy at Moss + Moon Soulworks provides a supportive space to strengthen connection, improve communication, and navigate challenges together. Services are offered on a case-by-case basis and are available as self-pay only, with limited availability.

Good Faith Estimate

In accordance with the No Surprises Act, this practice provides a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) to self-pay clients and to clients who choose to use their out-of-network insurance benefits.

Under this federal law, healthcare providers, including mental health therapists, are required to provide clients who do not have insurance, who use out-of-network insurance, or who choose to self-pay despite having coverage with an estimate of the expected charges for services. Please note that your total cost of services, as reflected in the Good Faith Estimate, depends on the number of sessions attended and the length of those sessions (45 or 60 minutes). Costs are calculated by multiplying the session rate by the number of sessions attended.

Because a diagnosis cannot be determined until after the initial intake session, the “no diagnosis” code (Z03.89) will be included on the Good Faith Estimate. Following the assessment, a therapeutic diagnosis and corresponding diagnostic code will be established. Any change in diagnostic code will not alter the established self-pay rates.

Additional fees, if applicable, such as late cancellations or missed sessions, unscheduled crisis calls, paperwork requests, or court and legal fees, may impact your total cost.
